SmartCharter^® policy

If ANY seat(s) is/are sold to other client(s) under the SmartCharter® option you have selected, you will NOT be able to cancel or make any changes to the original booking.

If NO other passenger has booked seat(s) on the flight within 14 days prior to your scheduled departure date, you may cancel 8 or more days prior to departure for a full refund. Cancellations 5 days to 7 days prior to the departure would be subject to a charge of 50% of the booking total. Cancellations within 5 days would be subject to a charge of 100% of the booking total.

Any bookings made less than 5 days prior to the scheduled departure will be charted at 100% of the booking total. Any seats sold during those 5 days will be refunded to you.

Empty Leg Policy

All bookings for Empty Legs are final and non-refundable.

An Empty Leg booking will be posted on the Calendar by Air Sedona when available.

Empty Leg price are set by Air Sedona and can be updated and changed at any time without notice.

All clients need to be on-time for an empty Leg flight. On-time means a check-in with Air Sedona or the Aircraft Operator a minimum of 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time as posted or notified by Air Sedona to its clients.

Air Sedona reserves the right to depart without delay, if a client does not show up on-time as defined above. Air Sedona does not offer any refunds for a no-show or a late check-in for any passenger(s)

Cessna Caravan C208
Passengers: 9
Maximum Weight per luggage: 25 lbs (11.3 kg)
Luggage Allowance per passenger: 1 Free standard carry on (18-23 Inch) + 1 free large luggage (26-28 Inch) and/or a golf bag. Contact us for any questions regarding your luggage.

Cessna C207
Passengers: 4
Maximum Weight per luggage: 25 lbs (11.3 kg)
Luggage allowance per passenger:
If 4 passengers: 1 Free standard carry on (18-23 Inch)
If 2 passengers: 1 Free standard carry on (18-23 Inch) + 1 Free Medium Luggage (22-24 Inch) or a golf bag.

Any additional luggage will be charged at our standard luggage rate.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Each booking request is not a reservation.
Each request for a specific reservation at a specific date/time is not an actual reservation. Once received, Air Sedona will verify aircraft availability and will reach out as soon as possible with an update on your trip confirmation. If your requested date/time e is unavailable, Air Sedona will provide alternative dates and times. In the event that a satisfactory reservation cannot be made, Air Sedona will issue a full refund.
